Ganeles & Associates is a Monterey Bay Area CPA firm providing accounting, tax, bookkeeping, tax resolution, and business advisory services to corporations, small to midsized businesses and individuals throughout Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito County. We provide quality services for our clients by staying abreast of accounting and tax law changes and by taking a proactive interest in the smooth financial management of your business. Eugene Ganeles

Eugene practices a vast array of public accounting, personalized accounting, bookkeeping, business advisory and tax services to a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to small and mid-size companies in a number of industries including; software developing, construction, e-commerce, retail, health care, art galleries, restaurants, automobile repair, insurance, and professional services. In addition, he provides QuickBooks support and training.

As a tax professional, Eugene is always focused on helping to minimize clients’ tax bills and maximize the amount they keep. He provides a complete range of tax and accounting services, including tax resolution services; with individualized attention and customized strategies, to help our clients attain positive results and make informed decisions.

Eugene was born and grew up in Russia, where he earned his Master's Degree in Mathematics. He moved to Los Angeles, CA in 1990. By 1995, Eugene had received an Award in Accounting Certificate from UCLA, passed his CPA exam and joined a public accounting firm. Currently, Eugene is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in California. He is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Prior to starting his own CPA firm in 2005, he worked for regional and local CPA firms in Boston, MA and Monterey, CA.

Eugene is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of The Rotary Club of Monterey Pacific, CPA Connect (association of independent CPA firms), ASTPS (American Society of Tax Problem Solvers).
